Terms of Service

Last updated: October 11, 2026

These terms apply to the VRCA Upload Bot ("the bot") on Discord and to vrca.store ("the site"), run by an independent developer (Discord: 4jhm). By using the bot or the site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use them.

1. What the service is

The bot lets you browse a library of VRChat avatar files (.vrca) and upload them to your own VRChat account through Discord. The site shows the library. The service is a hobby project, provided free of charge.

2. Not affiliated with VRChat or Discord

The service is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by VRChat Inc. or Discord Inc. "VRChat" and "Discord" are trademarks of their owners.

3. Your VRChat account

  • To upload, you log in to your own VRChat account through the bot. You are responsible for your account and for everything uploaded to it.
  • Only log in with an account you own.
  • VRChat may show a "new login location" warning, because the bot runs on the operator's computer. Only continue if you understand and trust this.
  • Using third-party tools with VRChat may go against VRChat's own Terms of Service. You use the service at your own risk, including any action VRChat takes on your account.

4. Content and your responsibility

  • Only upload, access or share avatar files that you own or are authorized to use.
  • You may not use the service for anything illegal, to harass anyone, or to break other people's rights.
  • Creators who want their avatars removed can use /blacklist in the bot or contact 4jhm on Discord, and matching files will be hidden or removed.

5. Access and fair use

  • Use outside the official Discord server needs approval. Approval can be withdrawn at any time.
  • Don't spam commands, abuse the queue, or try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service.
  • Access can be limited or removed for anyone who breaks these terms.

6. Availability

The bot runs on a personal computer, so downtime can happen. The service is provided "as is", with no guarantee that it will always work, that files are free of errors (some files may fail VRChat's security checks), or that the library stays the same.

7. Donations

Donations (via Stripe or Buy Me a Coffee) are voluntary and go towards improving the service. They don't buy any guaranteed features, uptime or rights, and are generally not refundable. Payments are processed by those providers under their own terms.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for any loss or damage from using the service, including lost or suspended accounts, lost data or downtime.

9. Changes

These terms may change. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version, and continuing to use the service means you accept the changes.

10. Contact

Questions: Discord 4jhm, or use /report in the bot.
